Description:-
The new 2-year AP Degree programme in Automation Engineering gives you detailed knowledge and insight into the structure and optimisation of technical control systems. You will also learn how to use this knowledge individually and working in cooperation with others.
Admission requirements:-
General upper secondary education or International or European baccalaureate.
English tests: TOEFL (at least 550 paper based, 213 computer based, 80 internet based), IELTS (6.0).
Specific admission requirements
If you have an upper secondary education:-
Specific admission requirements: Physics and maths both corresponding to Danish C-level.
If you have a vocational or technical education:
Automation and process control (knowledge of automatic control systems, strong current, hydraulics and pneumatics based systems, construction and repair of electric and pneumatic motors and circuits).
Data and communications technology (knowledge of IT-systems, tele communications and computer technology).
Electrician, building automation (knowledge of distributed control systems e.g. automatic lighting and heating systems).
Electrician, electrical installation technology (knowledge of installation, repair and maintenance of electrical installations and systems).
Electrician, communications technology (knowledge of installing, programming and configuring data and telecommunications installations etc.).
Electrician, control and regulation technology (knowledge of installation, programming and maintenance of control and regulation technology in automatic facilities including controllable processes driven by electricity, pneumatics or software.).
Electrician, electronics and low current (knowledge of installation and maintenance of electronic equipment and devices such as medical equipment and electric domestic appliances).
If you have another relevant vocational or technical education:
Specific admission requirements: Physics and maths both corresponding to Danish C-level.
Other
Passed qualifying course for application to Danish engineering programmes or similar from your home country.

BA Architectural Technology and Construction Management
|
|
|
Description:-
The stimulating Architectural Technology and Construction Management learning process involves studying as a member of a project group where the group designs the project documentation in digital form for: 1) client approval 2) planning permission and 3) construction.
The Architectural Technology and Construction Management study gives knowledge in architecture, load bearing analysis, construction, digital drawing techniques, advanced digital management techniques, technical services, energy calculations, passive design technology, planning and management.

Description:-
The Bachelor programme in E-concept Development is a top-up programme designed for graduates of the programmes of Design, Technology & Business (Graphics) - Computer Science - Multimedia Design & Communication.
The E-concept Development programme provides you with in-depth understanding and knowledge of the technical and theoretical aspects of E-concept Development, and you will learn to develop concepts that combine different professional fields such as e-commerce, digital advertisements, design, communication, marketing and business understanding.
Admission requirements:-
English tests: TOEFL (at least 575 paper based, 230 computer based, 88 internet based), IELTS (6.5). English corresponding to Danish B-level.

All applicants who meet the admission requirements must also pass an admission test.
The purpose of the test is to examine the applicants’ level of knowledge about technology, communication, design and business understanding. Furthermore, the test will test the applicants’ ability to think in concepts.

Natural & Cultural Heritage Management
The Bachelor of Natural and Cultural Heritage Management programme is a full-time programme, but it can be arranged so that, as far as possible, tuition and workshops are grouped together on three days of the week – to cater for students who have a long way to travel, and students who also have part-time jobs.

Description:-
The International Hospitality Management programme will provide you with knowledge that enables you to handle complex and practical tasks in marketing, managing, as well as running and developing businesses in the trades of experience economy, tourism, hotels and travelling which are all central to the hospitality industry.
Admission requirements
An AP degree in Marketing Management, Service, Hospitality & Tourism Management, Retail Management or an equivalent higher educational background, English corresponding to Danish B-level + a high level in mathematics.
If you have an AP Degree in Financial Management you can also apply for enrolment on the International Hospitality Management programme. The AP Degree in Financial Management does not make you eligible for admission, but you will be invited for an interview where your motivation and preconditions for studying on this particular programme will be identified.

The programme is innovative in the sense that it is the first and only study programme that not only has a professional technical focus on product development but also strives to give students the competencies to actively integrate specialisations from other professions into their work.

The Bachelor Degree programme in Sport Management gives you the chance to combine your passion for sports and events with in-depth understanding of business mechanisms in the sport, event and leisure sector.
The Bachelor Degree in Sport Management is a 1.5 year full-time study programme which is a top-up programme for students who hold an AP Degree in Marketing Management, Service, Hospitality & Tourism Management and Financial Management.

Specific admission requirements
There are four possible ways to qualify for admission on the Bachelor’s programme in Sport Management.
At University College Northern Denmark we offer potential students the chance to join one of the three AP programmes:
Service, Hospitality & Tourism Management
Financial Management
Marketing Management
that make students eligible for attending the Sport Management programme.
Alternatively, people with another educational background, or with a background or interest in the business, can have their competencies evaluated and possibly approved to attend the programme.
Such students could be students who are studying to become teachers of P.E. Others with similar training in sports or physical education will be evaluated individually and may receive credit for previous studies.

Either of these degrees will give you access to the programme, however, you may also apply for admittance on the grounds of another relevant education + high level in mathematics.
Danish qualification levels
All of our study programmes require that applicants/students have an English level corresponding to a Danish B-level, and some programmes have requirements to students’ levels in other subjects as well.
